  • Poster size should be 50x70 cm.
  • The abstract limited to a maximum of 250 words

NEURAL THERAPY CONGRESS PAPERS PREPARATION RULES

FOR RESEARCH ARTICLE

1. Papers should consist of 300 words, should be written in New Times Roman in 12 font size with 1.5 line spacing.

2. The paper should be written with sub-headings of aim (objective), material and method, results and conclusions.

3. Up to 5 key words should be used

4. Names, surnames and instutions of the authors should be written clearly

5. The e-mail address of the corresponding author should be specified.

6. The type of study (randomised, controlled, cross-sectional, retrospective, etc.), blindness, follow-up period if any, inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluation parameters, number of planned patients, drop-out rates, age range should be stated in the materials and method section. The statistical method should be written clearly.

7. Results section should be written in order of materials and methods, primary and secondary endpoints of the study should be clearly stated, and attention should be paid to ensure that the fresults are suitable for the purpose of the study.

8. Conclusion should be written in accordance with the purpose and results, suggestions can be added.

CASE REPORT

1. Papers should consist of 250 words, should be written in 12 point New Times Roman with 1.5 line spacing.

2. The paper should be written in a single section, the purpose of the case report, then the characteristics of the case, and then the importance of the case should be emphasized.

3. Up to 5 key words should be used

4. Names, surnames and instutions of the authors should be written clearly

5. The e-mail address of the corresponding author should be specified.

POSTER PREPARATION RULES

1. It should be written in a 70X10 cm area, in 2 columns.

2. Names, institutions where the authors work, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author should be written.

3. In research papers, the type of study (randomised, controlled, cross-sectional, retrospective, etc.), blindness, follow-up period if any, inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluation parameters, number of planned patients, drop-out rates, age range should be stated in the materials and method section. The statistical method should be written clearly.

4. Results section should be written in order of materials and methods, primary and secondary endpoints of the study should be clearly stated, and attention should be paid to ensure that the results are suitable for the purpose of the study.

5. Conclusion should be written in accordance with the purpose and results, suggestions can be added.

6. Case reports should be written as the only main text no need the sub heading but 2 columns, emphasizing the purpose of the case report, then the characteristics of the case, and then the importance of the case.

7. The poster should be supported with an explanatory table, figure and photograph.

8. Up to 5 sources can be added.

PREPARING AN ORAL PRESENTATION

1. The duration should be planned as 5 minutes in total as 3 minutes presentation and 2 minutes question-answer section.

2. Presentations should not exceed 20-22 slides.

3. In the first slide, the name of the study, the names of all participants, the institutions they work, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author should be stated.

4.
